OddBodd.com, parent company of the BoddSplosion service, was designed to help small businesses. In fact, everything we do revolves around helping small, local and newer businesses get a stronger, more powerful online presence.
We started with the OddBodd.com local video business directory. Putting together several of the main tools that small businesses need to promote themselves, job openings, offers, events and more.
Growing at a rapid pace we realized that the directory alone would not be enough to help many of these businesses make a significant impact in the local online market. We also realized quickly that most of the businesses we spoke with were just not prepared or educated enough about some of the basics of online marketing that could propel them to these top listings. Something had to be done.
In response to these needs, we launched BoddSplosion. This new service has shown incredible and consistent results in getting local businesses not only to the top of their local listings, but many times at the top of national video searches for industry keywords and phrases.
Instead of doing what most companies do and tell you where to go and what to do and then hope you do it, we decided that to get the results you are looking for, (in a reasonable timeframe) you would need someone who had done it before. Not only should they have done it before, they could do it for you too! What a concept!!
Needless to say, our passion is to help you be found with as little effort and "learning curve" as possible. We don't want you to have to take hundreds of hours of courses, learning what you should be doing, and then not have the time to do it! We want you to have a fast start and use those lessons (if you take them!) to improve the content you put on those sites to create a bigger and more productive impact.
We believe in helping businesses succeed, whether a start-up or town founder. You all have something special to offer the community. With the fast growing internet around us, it is easy to lose sight of the local businesses who don’t have the budget or understanding to compete with the larger companies, and that made us get busy!

As a child being raised by an AMAZING single mother in England, I was taught to be observant and to constantly look around. It was this constant reminder to pay attention that got me labeled recently as “the most quietly observant person I’ve ever met!” by a national motivational speaker and trainer. i was also taught that there is always a solution. Period.
Paying attention and seeing what needed to be done led me to OddBodd. Rather, it led me to small businesses and then to helping them. Most of what I have strived for in life has been to make other people's lives simpler, easier and more effective. With BoddSplosion I am maintaining that philosophy.
